Privacy statement
You tell this coach things you would not put in a pitch deck. That only works if you know where those words go. This page says exactly that — what we keep, who else sees it, and what you can do about it.
The short version. We keep your account details, your coaching conversations, what the coach has learned about you, and how much you use the service. Your conversations are sent to our AI provider to generate answers and are not used to train their models. Our own staff do not read your conversations. You can see everything the coach remembers about you, and delete it, from inside the app.
1. Who is responsible
Blekman Consultancy B.V., established in the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal data described here. Chamber of Commerce number 30193942. Our contact details are on the contact page; write to us there about anything to do with your data.
2. What we keep, and why
| What | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account Name, email address, the identifier from your login provider, your role |
To give you an account and let you sign in | Performance of the contract |
| Your coaching conversations The questions you ask and the answers you get, per idea |
So the coach can follow the thread instead of starting over each time | Performance of the contract |
| What the coach remembers How you work, what drives you, the means you have; and per idea what it is, its phase and decisions taken |
So advice fits you and your venture rather than being generic | Performance of the contract |
| Usage Number of messages per day and the tokens they used |
To keep the fair-use limit, and to know what the service costs to run | Performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest in a sustainable service |
| Payments Amount, plan, status and the payment provider's reference |
To give you access, and for our bookkeeping | Performance of the contract, and a legal obligation (tax administration) |
We never see your card or bank details. Those go straight to our payment provider; we only receive whether a payment succeeded.
3. Who else sees it
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use these processors:
- Our AI provider (Anthropic). Your messages and the relevant memory are sent to them to generate each answer. Under their terms for business customers, your content is not used to train their models — our account is under their commercial terms, which say so. This involves a transfer outside the EU, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Our payment provider (Mollie). Handles the payment itself and holds your payment details; we do not.
- Our identity provider. Handles signing in and holds your credentials, so that we never do.
- Our hosting provider (Fluxzero). Runs the servers and the event store your data sits on.
Our domain name is registered with MijnDomein. They handle the registration only and hold no personal data from your use of the service.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it. If that ever happens we will tell you, unless we are legally barred from doing so.
4. What our own people can see
Administration sees counts, never conversations. Our admin screens show that an account has, say, three ideas and sent forty messages today. They do not show what is in them. This is enforced in the software itself, not by a promise: the data behind those screens does not contain your content.
One thing is counted rather than read: if a message looks like an attempt to get the coach to reproduce its own instructions, we note that it happened and what kind of request it was, so we can see the same person doing it repeatedly. The message itself is not kept — the admin screen shows a count and a category, never a sentence you wrote.
The exceptions are narrow: if you ask us for help with something specific, or if we are legally compelled. We will tell you when it happens.
5. How long we keep it
- While you have an account: your ideas, conversations and memory stay, so the coach can keep following your thread.
- Archived ideas: kept until you delete them, so you can bring them back.
- After you delete your account: conversations and memory are removed within 30 days.
- Payment and invoice records: kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. This is the one thing we cannot delete on request.
- Usage counts: kept in aggregate, without conversation content.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- See what we hold about you, and get a copy;
- Correct anything that is wrong;
- Delete your data — for the coach's memory you can do this yourself, in the app, under "What the coach remembers";
- Take it with you in a portable format;
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it.
Write to us and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. A word about what you type
The coach works better the more concrete you are, and we would rather you were careful than sorry: do not paste other people's personal data into a conversation — customer lists, employee details, someone's medical or financial situation — unless you have a basis to share it. You do not need any of that to get good coaching, and it is your responsibility if it ends up there.
8. Cookies
We use one cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. It is necessary for the service to work, so it needs no consent, and it is not used to track you. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
9. Security
Your data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it, and the admin screens are built so that your conversations are not among the things they can reach. If a data breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
10. Changes
If we change this statement in a way that matters to you, we will tell you before it takes effect. The version and date are at the top of this page.
